Thai Bankers Association, represented by TBAC, organizes a seminar on "Future Banking Careers".
The Thai Bankers Association, through the Thai Banking Academy (TBAC), co-organized the "Thailand Futures Careers" event for the financial and banking sector on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at the Centara Grand Hotel and Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World to explore, study, design, produce and develop human resources in the higher education sector to be able to respond to the current and future needs of business and industrial labor, creating stability and sustainability in national development, with member banks participating in the exhibition.
In addition, the Thai Banking Institute organized a seminar on “Future Banking Careers”, honored by speakers from 5 leading banks, including:

2) Mr. Sattra Mangkorn-Asawakul

and hosted by Mr. Kittiya Tothanakasem, Director of the Thai Banking Institute
All speakers shared their knowledge and experiences in finance and banking, saying that nowadays, people’s lifestyles have changed because technology plays a bigger role in their daily lives. In addition to knowledge in finance and banking, important skills required for working in this sector include digital skills, analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and good interpersonal skills, etc.
In addition, Ms. Kittiya Tothanakasem concluded that "In the past, the bank has gone through many crises, but every bank has adapted to overcome every crisis, whether it is the flood crisis, COVID-19, or the transition to the digital age. The bank has adapted by up-skilling and reskilling its personnel, including recruiting new generations to adjust its work to be more in line with the era and consumer behavior, so that the bank has a strong system that is a solid and sustainable foundation for society and the country in the future..."
